Frequently Asked Questions

Myriad ExperienceTM
The Myriad ExperienceTM is the merging of Next-Gen technology and the Arts, allowing our guests to experience places beyond their imagination, while showcasing the great beauty of Vancouver Island through our very own local artists. This art-centric experience has been designed with you in mind!
No, currently the Experience is designed as a whole. However, guests are more than welcome to bypass the gallery or vice versa. We do recommend enjoying and participating in all three components of the Myriad Experience. First browsing the gallery and letting us know which of the pieces are your favorite. Secondly, contributing and participating in community art projects; there are three of them. We would hate to see you miss the fun and a chance to connect and interact with the local community. And then finally, we hope you enjoy the art-centric, one of a kind Myriad Experience. But it's entirely up to you in the end we just want you to have a good time.
You are welcome to take a selfie as part of your interaction against a special mural for your enjoyment. If you share it on social media using #selfiewithME you will even be added to a monthly draw for prizes. We ask you to refrain from taking pictures in the gallery or any part of the 360-degree video portion of the program as it is proprietary.
Absolutely! Throughout the Gallery you will find art cards with further information about the piece, the artist, and where you can buy it! Didn’t catch the art card? Send us a message or chat with your tour guide and we would be happy to help you.
The Myriad ExperienceTM exhibition is a 1 hour long reservation. The entirety of the experience includes the browsing of the amazing selection of local art in our gallery and interactive participation in three creative community art projects and then the Myriad ExperienceTM 360-degree exhibit which is roughly 15 minutes long.
Please give us a call or send us an email and we will see what we can do to squeeze you in, depending on current capacity within the Myriad ExperienceTM we may be able to extend your visit or reschedule you for a more convenient time.
